Email column auto-detection handles messy CSVs without forcing users to reformat. Batch limits (50 free, 100 with own Groq key) prevent API abuse while keeping it accessible. Resume parsing is optional - short mode for 3-sentence pitches, detailed mode for project-heavy 4-5 sentence emails. The Gmail push feature is the conversion point - draft generation alone isn't enough, people want it in their inbox ready to send.
